FAQs About Home ICU

Do I need to buy the Ventilator/Monitor?
You usually need to rent the equipment (Ventilator, Hospital Bed, Monitor, Oxygen Cylinder). We can help you connect with vendors, but our primary service is providing the expert nurse to operate this equipment.
Can the nurse handle a Tracheostomy?
Yes. Our ICU nurses are specifically trained in tracheostomy care, including inner cannula cleaning, dressing changes, and deep suctioning to keep the airway clear.
What happens if the patient’s condition worsens?
Our nurses constantly monitor vitals. If they detect a critical drop, they are trained to provide basic stabilization (CPR, Oxygen mgmt) while immediately coordinating with the family to shift the patient to a hospital ICU.
Do you provide nurses for Stroke/Paralysis patients?
Yes, this is a core specialty. We focus on preventing bedsores (position changing), Ryle’s tube feeding, catheter care, and assisting with passive movements for bedridden patients.
