Co-Founder & Critical Care Lead
With over 16 years on the frontlines of ICUs, Krishna brings the medical excellence of Kerala to every patient. Driven by a mission to ensure no poor patient is treated differently from a rich one.
With over 16 years of dedicated experience in critical care, I have spent my entire career on the frontline of healthcare—working in ICUs, supporting families in their most difficult moments, and delivering compassionate care where it matters the most. My journey in this profession has shaped me not only as a skilled clinician but also as a person who deeply understands the realities of our healthcare system.
Coming from Kerala, a state known for its medical excellence and service values, I learned early that every patient deserves equal care, regardless of their background. Yet, during my years in hospital service, I witnessed a harsh truth: the treatment of a poor patient and a rich patient is often not the same. This reality pushed me to think differently—to create a model where care is ethical, affordable, and centered around human dignity.
A turning point in my life came when my own mother was undergoing cancer treatment. Financial challenges prevented me from staying by her side during the initial days, something that I carried in my heart for years. She fought bravely and survived—with my father’s support and her unmatched willpower. When I finally returned home after three years, she told me: “You take care of thousands of patients in the world, but you couldn’t be with your own family.” That sentence stayed with me forever and transformed my purpose.
Life took another drastic turn during COVID-19. While working as an EMT supporting long-distance critical transfers, I transported a patient on 6L oxygen all the way from Gujarat to Kerala. Midway, at 2:30 AM in Karnataka, our ambulance met with a major accident. With limited oxygen, a critical patient, and complete darkness around us, we survived what felt impossible. Early morning, with the help of the police, we saved the patient and reached Kerala safely.
The incident went viral on news channels and brought immense support from the public. Soon after, I received an opportunity to work with former Kerala Chief Minister Shri V.S. Achuthanandan, a respected leader and comrade known for his integrity. Working with him broadened my vision and strengthened my mission: to take high-quality critical-care knowledge and systematic healthcare services to people who truly need it.
With deep experience, strong hospital and doctor networks, and a commitment to ethical service, I founded this organization with one clear purpose: To deliver professional, dependable, hospital-standard care at home—affordably and compassionately. Till today, I have provided home-care services to more than 1,000 patients and managed lakhs of patients during my hospital years.
Every patient I meet reminds me why this field matters: Home is the safest, most comfortable place for healing—when guided by skilled hands and a caring heart. My journey has been shaped by challenges, losses, survival, and purpose. And every experience has strengthened my commitment to serve with professionalism, transparency, and humanity.
This organization stands on three pillars: Skill built through 16+ years in ICU & Critical Care Values rooted in service and equality A mission to reach patients before it’s too late
I will continue this work—professionally, systematically, and with the same passion that brought me here.
Co-Founder & MSc Nursing
A highly qualified specialist with a Masters in Nursing. Rahul’s vision was shaped by the suffering he witnessed during COVID-19, believing firmly that quality healthcare shouldn’t depend on wealth.
During the COVID-19 crisis, I witnessed unimaginable suffering. Many patients were unable to access hospital beds, families struggled under the burden of high medical expenses, and countless people waited helplessly for support that never arrived. As a healthcare professional, it was heartbreaking to watch patients suffer in front of my eyes, knowing that despite my skills, I could only help so much within the limits of the system.
Even in those difficult days, I offered every possible support—guiding families, providing urgent care at home, and helping patients recover when hospitals had no space. I observed that many patients improved faster at home, surrounded by love, comfort, and reduced stress. This experience deeply impacted me and sparked a powerful realization.
Quality healthcare should never depend on money, hospital availability, or social status. Every human being deserves compassionate, accessible, and affordable care.
This belief grew stronger as I continued my journey in nursing, completing my Master’s degree in Nursing, which further strengthened my clinical knowledge, critical care expertise, and dedication to patient-centered care.
With this vision and advanced training, I founded a dedicated Home Care & ICU Care at Home Service—a service built to deliver hospital-level treatment in the comfort of a patient’s home. My mission is simple yet profound:
No patient should suffer due to lack of hospital beds, high medical bills, or delayed treatment.
Today, our service stands as a commitment to humanity. We provide professional nursing care, ICU-level home care, medical monitoring, and continuous support for patients and their families. What began as a realization during a global crisis has grown into a mission to bring dignity, hope, and comfort into healthcare.
At the heart of our work is a promise:
“Your care, your comfort, your home.”
We are here to support every patient, every family, and every life—especially those who feel helpless or neglected—because everyone deserves the best possible care.
To deliver professional, dependable, hospital-standard care at home—affordably and compassionately. We aim to reach patients before it’s too late.
A world where quality healthcare does not depend on hospital availability or social status. We strive to bring dignity, hope, and comfort back into healthcare.
“Krishna’s team managed my father’s ICU setup at home for 2 months. The nurse was not just skilled but treated him like family. Truly grateful.”
“During COVID, we were helpless. Rahul arranged oxygen and a nurse within hours. They saved my mother’s life when hospitals said no.”
“Professional, punctual, and very hygienic. Their physiotherapy team helped my husband walk again after his stroke.”
